Welcome to the website of the Goodhue County Chapter of Pheasants Forever. Goodhue-Wabasha County Chapter was established in 1983. Our first banquet was in 1984.

The Chapter was then split to become the Goodhue County Chapter in July of 1992. Currently we have 379 members and growing!

As one of the first chapters formed in the state, Goodhue County PF Chapter is proud to be part of the restoration and protection of local wildlife and we are very dedicated to improving pheasant hunting in our county.

Since its inception in 1982, the National Chapter of Pheasants Forever 100,000 members have helped develop over 2 million acres of pheasant and other wildlife habitat in the United States.

Pheasants Forever is a nonprofit conservation organization founded in 1982 in response to the decline of the ringneck pheasant population. Pheasants Forever is dedicated to the protection and enhancement of pheasant and other wildlife populations in North America through habitat improvement, land management, public awareness, and education. Such efforts benefit landowners and wildlife alike. Pheasants Forever's unique system of county chapters allows 100% of net funds raised by chapters to remain at the chapter level for local habitat projects.

The Goodhue County Chapter is one of 600 chapters of Pheasants Forever that help sponsor 25,000 annual projects and because of the National Pheasants Forever Organization, local chapters such as ours are able to triple or quadruple their dollars through grants. Fundraising through Pheasants Forever chapters is very important to improving local habitat. The Goodhue County Chapter is looking forward to continuing our successful association with Pheasants Forever in order to keep the pheasant habitat and hunting in Goodhue County at its best!
